Over 100 guests joined in the fun last week as Wrattens held their annual charity fashion show and Christmas preview shopping evening. Guests were welcomed with a goody bag and a glass of Prosecco and mince pies with proceeds from the ticket price and a fabulous raffle going to Demelza House.
The evening was a huge success and everybody enjoyed viewing the latest fashion and accessory collections available in store from The Chislehurst Boutique, Kimicass, Wardrobe, Daisy Faye, Icon and Michelle Thomas-Hamm. Guy Osborn, owner of this unique store and cafe that’s been in the heart of Chislehurst for over 20 years was persuaded to join the ladies on the catwalk and model the stylish tweed jackets and smart accessories from Louie Thomas.

I’m astounded – wratton’s still going. When as a child back in early 50’s my mother used to buy nearly all my clothes from Weston’s which at that time was at the lower end of the High St just up fromMartins Bank which became Barclays on the corner of Willow Grove. I think if it is still in the Wratton’s family that really great – Well Done. Sent from the Principality of Brixham in Devon where I now live but still have much love for Chislehurst where I grew up – Pete Busby
