Sleep Workshop

Join Charlotte and Jayne to explore ways of helping with sleep using both nutrition and yoga. The perfect combination of eating well and fully resting the body and mind, to combat the stresses of sleepless nights. 

You know what they say ‘you are what you eat’ – Our nutritionist and health specialist Charlotte will discuss habits, food, hormones and supplements with some tasty treats to try. As well as offering some insightful tips on what to eat to aid a restful and full sleep. 

And Jayne will loving guide you into restorative poses to support the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body and mind to completely rest. 

Culminating with a sumptuous guided savasana.

It is scientifically proven that complete rest and relaxation reduces stress and anxiety. It calms the nervous system, aiding the digestive and immune systems to work fully. Helping with reducing headaches and fatigue. Lowering blood pressure and ultimately promoting health, well-being and a good night’s sleep!
