PRE & POSTNATAL PILATES

The right exercise is fantastic for pregnancy and for recovering from your pregnancy. This is a special prenatal & postnatal class whereby I hand pick the best of all my pre & post natal training and experience in Pilates & yoga to offer you the best class I can to keep you strong and fit during your pregnancy, and help you regain your strength postnatally. You will leave this class feeling fantastic and uplifted.

This class is specifically designed for your body and mind at this special time and will focus on all the areas that are affected during and post pregnancy to help you to be strong and fit and reduce any aches and pains. My classes will keep you feeling strong and confident during your pregnancy and help you recover from your pregnancy. Exercise also makes you feel great due to the release of endorphins and exercising during pregnancy has been shown to have positive effects on your unborn baby too! We will also move with the breath to help calm your system, improve concentration and so that you leave the class with a feeling of enhanced wellbeing.
