Pilates for Dancers Age 12+

Group mat class using props (soft balls, blocks, bands etc) taught by Jade, with 24 years of experience teaching Pilates for Dancers.
Jade has a background in dance and was Head of Pilates at Laban Dance Conservatoire for 5 years. She taught on the BA and MA programmes for 10 years, the dance injury clinic, Laban and Loop Dance summer schools, and professional companies, Wayne McGregor, CandoCo, Flamenco Express, among others.
Jade is a One Dance UK member.
