Pilates For Beginners

£55This 4 week course is perfect as a refresher or for anyone interested in starting Pilates. This form of exercise is extremely effective for strengthening and regaining mobility. It will help improve balance, flexibility and general function by focusing on core exercises and stretching.
The course follows a low impact full body workout, using equipment such as resistance bands, foam rollers and small stability balls concentrating on posture and opening up the hips and shoulders. A great way to start a new practice no matter your age or ability!
