Mum and Baby Yoga Course

This course is a wonderful way to work on your vital post-natal recovery after your pregnancy whilst spending time with your baby!
You will work on releasing tension in the shoulders and back from feeding and carrying, restore your core strength with pelvic floor exercises, not forgetting your overall mental well-being.
Our classes are suitable from around 6 weeks post partum until baby starts to crawl. If you’ve had a c-section please check with your GP (usually 10 weeks) that you are ready to join the class.
Whilst you practice your baby can play next to you or be involved in some of our moves. Don’t worry that your baby may cry, you can tend to any of their needs during the class.
A beautiful way to bond with your baby and meet other Mums in the community!
