Join Holly and Jayne to guide you through a blissful day – emmerging from Winter to Spring with this ‘Spring Cleansing’ Mini Urban Day Retreat, right here in Chislehurst.
The day will include:
⤐ 1 Dance-fit class to uplift your body, mind and spirit. Dance along to your favourite tunes shaking off the winter blues. Guaranteed to put a ‘spring’ back into your step
⤐ A workshop to shed the winter layers and arrive into spring using breathwork, meditation and journaling.
⤐ A deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice.
⤐ A wholesome nutritious vegetarian lunch to nourish, nurture and cleanse, preparing you for Spring.
