Men’s Pilates 7pm Thursday

This class is suitable for all, but specifically designed for the male body with a strong focus on strengthening the core and abdominal muscles, back muscles, all over body strength and flexibility.

We will particularly focus on muscles which are commonly tight (such as hamstrings, hips, chest and shoulders). For sports people, this class will not only help you improve your game but also help to prevent injuries.
