This workshop will be a continuation of from the Session One where Emma will continue to share her knowledge and experience in meditation, sharing guidance and techniques on how to use this powerful tool, in calming the mind.
Emma is also author of her book Set Free – A Life Changing Journey from Banking to Buddhism in Bhutan and continues to work for her Charity – Opening Your Heart to Bhutan – supporting special needs children and young adults, in Bhutan.
This workshop is open to all – experienced practitioners and those who have a curiosity about meditation. The sessions are fully interactive so please do bring your questions along with you.
