Tim Hughes and Stuart Gillies are delighted to be reunited again after their days together at Le Caprice restaurant in its heyday in the mid 90’s. Tim’s illustrious career has included working at the legendary Harveys with Marco Pierre White and is now the chef-director at Caprice Holdings where he oversees some of the most prestigious restaurants in London including Scotts, The Ivy and J Sheekeys. Join us in welcoming Tim to Chislehurst where he will be cooking some truly spectacular dishes for you.
