There is nothing greater than seeing people working together for the greater good. If life has taught us anything through this tragic situation in Ukraine, it has taught us that volunteering and working together is by far the greatest kindness.
The Chislehurst community have come together, driven locally by Angie from The Studio, to source items that are urgently needed for families in Ukraine. The town has been exceptionally generous, both in donating items, money and time to sort and pack. In addition we were thrilled that Matthew James Removal were keen to volunteer one of their lorries for transporting the items to Poland, by far one of the biggest challenges.
Thank you to everyone involved, no matter how small or large your contribution, everything is an act of kindness.
