We are a family run business with over 60 years combined experience in the catering industry. Our doors first opened back in 2012 and since then we have grown to three branches in South London and Kent borders. When our doors opened in June 2012 we wanted to establish a cafe concept that showcases our passion for real wholesome food that’s simple, convenient yet undeniably delicious.
The highly anticipated Walnuts cafe Chislehurst opened its doors on 1st June 2015. Ideally located on the Royal Parade it was a welcomed addition to the area from the very start. Conforming to the “boutique” style of the parade we retained the original sash doors and windows and tried to keep the exterior as original as possible.
A walk inside and your greeted with a classic warm ambience, food and coffee to write home about, and welcoming staff.
Our food are predominantly British signature dishes with a streak of Mediterranean influence, exceptionally prepared by our master chefs. It’s our mission that our ingredients are fresh and sourced locally wherever possible. So you can be sure that we’ve taken the time to carefully choose our suppliers who take quality and sustainability as seriously as we do.
We believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you will find a breakfast to suit everybody. From the traditional “fully loaded” English breakfast to a simple continental for the health conscious. As well as a selection of different breakfast dishes we also have an extended menu, including a few extra steak, pasta and chicken dishes prepared especially for you by our master chefs.
