The Beaverwood is an exceptional venue set in extensive private grounds just off Beaverwood Road (opposite Chislehurst Girls School). Whether it’s for a milestone birthday, wedding, engagement party, school prom, or other special celebration, our beautiful venue offers a large modern space for hire allowing you to style it to your theme.
The Beaverwood can accommodate up to a maximum 150 guests for a formal sit-down meal and up to 330 for an evening reception. Resembling a marquee, this beautiful room is fully air-conditioned/heated and features two well stocked bars, one at each end of the room, and a dance floor complete with disco lights. The entrance lobby offers a perfect space for an inside drinks reception and photo booth which we have available to hire in-house. We work with two excellent caterers: Connexions and Relish.
Our immaculate grounds are perfect for playing games, socialising or just sitting and enjoying the space. There are outside tables and chairs with parasols, as well as a seating area on the terrace complete with outside heater should it get a bit nippy in the evening.

In addition to private venue hire, The Beaverwood offers a great line-up of live bands every Thursday, ranging from original acts to fantastic tribute bands such as; Skinny Molly, Cregan & Co., Absolute Bowie, The Mods, The Rollin’ Stoned…. It’s always a great atmosphere in the Club House, with good beer and good company. On the second and last Friday of the month, we hold our popular Club Nights. We also throw in a few extra theme nights from time to time plus Soul Nights with SoulBeat Radio. For details of our events please check our website.
The Beaverwood is pleased to be a member of the Chislehurst Business Group and to have been a finalist in the Kent Wedding Awards. We have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor and have also been awarded a 5-star rating for food hygiene by the Food Standards Agency.
