Not only can fish complement meat in many dishes, it’s also the star of the show in its own right and can be a delicious alternative. In our NEW ‘Meat the fish’ event (like what we’ve done there?!) we show you how!
At this event our very own Chef Richard Kirkwood introduces you to different fish that can be used as delicious meat alternatives, tips on how to prepare it, and of course, a delicious and inventive 3 course meal of fish as you’ve never had it before.
There are two seatings – 6pm and 8pm. £55 per head.
