Join Alison for a warm and welcoming Menopause Yoga Circle, where you will explore menopause as the beginning of something beautiful. You will learn new ways to move smoothly through this transition by simply changing your approach. It is the start of new beginnings!
In this session, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of menopause, why it happens, and how you can approach this stage with a positive mindset. As a qualified Menopause Yoga teacher and someone with lived experience of menopause, Alison will guide you with knowledge, compassion, and gentle support.
What you can expect:
A safe and supportive Circle – connect with other women in an open, non-judgmental space to share experiences, ask questions, and offer support. You won’t be alone on this journey.
Holistic insights – learn how Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and modern science, all play a role in menopause and how you can use these tools to feel positive
Gentle Restorative Yoga – a calming and relaxing, restorative yoga session designed specifically for menopause, helping to ease stress and promote well-being.
Reflection time – there will be time to journal, reflect on your thoughts and aspirations as you move through this life change.
Closing Circle – bringing everything together and concluding with some worlds of wisdom and inspiration to take home.
