During this workshop Emma will guide participants through a series of physical breathwork practices. From a yogic perspective breathing is crucial for physical and mental well being and Emma will explore the teachings which explain why these practices are such an important part of the yogic path.
Emma is also author of her book Set Free – A Life Changing Journey from Banking to Buddhism in Bhutan.
