Keston ponds is another gorgeous place to visit in both the summer and winter. The kids absolutely love it and there is always plenty to occupy them. In the summer months there are always fisherman lining the banks and most are happy to show off their skills. The main pond has plenty of ducks and wildlife to look out for and an ice cream van that is present all year round.
Take a short stroll through the woods and there is a kids park that has lots to do and is well maintained. There are many lovely pubs just a 2 minute walk from the ponds for a meal.
Our all time favourite place to go is Fiona’s Pantry, a small healthy cafe that is very child friendly, fairly priced, and has a lovely garden area to eat in as well. There is plenty of parking in a spacious car park, and additional street parking. No entry or parking fees!
